Mr. N. Ram Prasad, High Commissioner of India 
Kingdom of Eswatini, Mbabane 

Mr. N. Ram Prasad is a career diplomat who joined the Ministry of External Affairs in  1988. Prior to assuming his charge as the High Commissioner of India in the Kingdom of Eswatini  on 01 Aug 2023, he was Deputy Chief of Mission/Charge dÁffaires a.i. at the Embassy of India,  Riyadh during Oct 2020 to Jun 2023. He served in various capacities at Indian Missions and  Posts abroad in Mongolia, Ukraine, France, Tunisia, Nepal, Nigeria and Philippines.  

Mr. N. Ram Prasad holds a degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He speaks Tamil,  English, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian and French. He has varied hobbies like music, sports and  reading. 

Mr. N. Ram Prasad is married to Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Ram Prasad and they have a  daughter and a son.
